I live in Romania, so all non-emergency communication needs to be through Airbnb's messaging system. My property manager lives just a mile away and you will receive his phone number, but that is strictly for true emergencies.

This is an old building and the apartment is on the ground floor. Bugs are a constant battle in Florida. You may encounter some during your stay. We exterminate using traps, bait, sprays, and fumigation. There is bug spray on the top shelf in the kitchen cabinet furthest from the sink. If you need us to come and exterminate, we can send someone Monday through Saturday (Sundays are more difficult).
